We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we've made our returns and refunds process clear, fair, and hassle-free, reflecting the same honesty and transparency you find in our bedding.
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from your purchase date. If you need to return or exchange an item, we'll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement, provided the goods are:
- Complete: All original components are included.
- In Original Packaging: Returned in the packaging it arrived in.
- Unused: Items show no signs of use.
- Seals or Tags Intact: Any original seals or tags have not been removed.
Important Note on Returns: We pride ourselves on the meticulous care we put into our products, and we kindly ask that you take similar care when returning them. It's your responsibility to ensure fragile items are securely wrapped for return shipping. If an item arrives back to us damaged due to mishandling during transit, we won't be able to process a refund for that specific damage. In such cases, we'll provide you with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging, which you can use to file a claim with your chosen shipping carrier for reimbursement.
Returns Outside Policy: If an item is returned outside our policy (e.g., late or used), we may need to return it to you at your cost, or we might accept the return but apply a deduction for any loss in value and processing fees.
Faulty or Missing Items: We'll Make It Right
We rigorously inspect every item before it leaves our facility, but in the rare instance that you receive a damaged item or find parts missing, please notify us within your 30-day return period. We'll promptly arrange for replacements, which typically arrive within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Before You Fix It: Please contact our team before attempting any repairs yourself. Doing so could unfortunately void the manufacturer's warranty, and we cannot accept returns if any alterations have been made.
Damaged Package on Arrival: If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please indicate "Damaged" on the courier sheet BEFORE signing for it. For severely damaged packages, you also have the option to refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged item back from the courier, we'll ship a brand new replacement to you without delay.
Discovering Damage Later: If you accept a package and later discover damaged or missing parts, please notify us immediately. We'll arrange to send you the necessary replacement parts at no extra cost. However, if you signed for the package without noting any damage, we can only accept such claims free of charge within 48 hours of delivery.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned items arrive back at our facility, we aim to process refunds within 5 working days. For your security, all refunds are issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase. The time it takes for the payment to reflect in your account can vary depending on your payment method, but it generally takes 5-10 working days.
